Thank you for selecting 24 Hrs City Florist to make your Order. We would like to inform you that orders made from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions:

Please do not proceed to make payment if you are not agreeable to any of our terms, conditions and policies.

1. All prices listed are in Singapore dollars. 

2. Additional delivery charges may apply during for same day delivery and will apply outside office hours, on Sundays and public holidays.

3. All deliveries will be strictly within the main island of Singapore. Please read our delivery policy.

4. Flowers/products used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. 24Hrs City Florist reserves the right to replace any flowers/products with another of equal value depending on availability. Please note that the product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and serve as a guide for the overall style, color palette, and design aesthetic. While we strive to create arrangements that closely resemble the images provided, please understand that due to seasonal availability of flowers, artistic interpretation and influence of photograhic lighting, we may not be able to replicate the exact product as shown. Rest assured, our skilled florists will craft a beautiful arrangement with the freshest flowers available, maintaining the essence of the design showcased.​

5. Flowers or products purchased for delivery or collection during Valentine's Week (10 Feb to 15 Feb) have to be ordered from the Valentine's Category. Orders made for delivery between 10 Feb to 15 Feb from non Valentine's day category are subject to additional charges or be cancelled.

6. Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted.

7. Please provide complete and accurate details as required in order for us to process your purchase expeditiously.

8. 24 Hrs City Florist reserves the right to reject any purchase without reason and refund the purchase in full. 24Hrs City Florist reserves the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card payment. Hence, information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid. 24 Hrs City Florist will report all alleged fraudulent cases to the POLICE.

9. 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 3 hour window for delivery. 

10. All prices are inclusive of delivery unless otherwise stated. (Additional delivery charges are applicable for same day, Sundays and public holidays). For special requests outside regular operating hours, additional charges are applicable. Please make reference to our delivery policy.

11. We do not ship or deliver 'Add-on' items only (except for as add-on item to main floral arrangements).

12. Flowers/products on special offers are not eligible for further discount.

13. Warranty of Goods/Services: All our goods/services will serve their intended functions (as flowers are naturally perishable).

14. Prices: All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.

15. Delivery services: All delivery will be within the main island of Singapore. If you proceed to make your purchase and payment for delivery outside Singapore, your purchase will not be processed and no refund will be entertained.

16. Payment Processing: We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Amex, Paynow & Paypal.​

17. You understand that it is an offence under Singapore's Liquor Control Act 2015 for any individual younger than 18 years to purchase liquor from our online or our retail store.

18. Cancellation of Orders: We hold a no-refund policy unless the order is not processed due to our oversight. We will not refund payments of orders resulting from buyer’s not understanding or not noticing or not agreeing to the notices, terms & conditions stated in this website. We encourage all users to contact us should there be any clarifications or doubts before making your purchase online. Users or buyers must agreed to the terms and conditions of this website in order to make a purchase online.

19. Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is assumed completed. We will not accept any amendment order which has been delivered or collected for re-packaging or delivery or re-delivery.

20. Confirmation of Orders: We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the user within 5 minutes upon successful submission of the electronic order. It is the responsibility of the user to call 24hrsCityFlorist should the user is in doubt of his online purchase or transaction or payment.

​21. Personal data of yourself and your intended recipient are collected for the purpose of fulfilling your order and ensuring successful delivery. By placing an order with us, you consent to the disclosure, collection and use of such data by 24hrs City Florist and its appointed service providers.

23. Refund Policy or Return Policy: The customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange) for payment made for the service once we have started to process the order for the customer. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund. 24Hrs City Florist will refund any accidental payment (eg. payment made twice) however, a S$25 chargeback & handling fee will apply to each payment transaction. 

24. Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated: 
- transaction identification number
- reasons for cancellation or refund 

All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the company management.

25. 24Hrs City Florist reserved the right to cancel or reject any orders or purchases. In such circumstances, paid orders/purchases will be refunded in full.

​26. Special note on Covid-19 situation: We seek all our customers' understanding during this pandamic year that there is a possibility of flower shipment disruption worldwide. We import 99% of all our fresh cut flowers from overseas and thus, we may experience delay or abrupt cancellation of our flower shipments.  We will try our best to source flowers for our products however, we ask all customers to be understanding if orders are delayed or cancelled or the need for substitution of flowers and fillers due to limited colours and varieties during this uncertain pandemic time.
