Tulip

Tulips are a popularly cultivated flower with over 3000 registered varieties. Tulips are a symbol of spring and are large, brightly coloured flowers. Often thought to be from Holland, Tulips are actually native to Central Asia and Turkey. However, Holland does cultivate mass amounts of tulips every year. Tulips are seasonal flowers. Yellow tulips symbolize cheerful thoughts while white tulips mean forgiveness. Purple tulips means forgiveness. Pink being the most common and readily available means happiness and good wishes.
