DELIVERY POLICY

  • We provide 24 hours delivery nationwide (within the main island of Singapore only) for orders placed before cut-off time.

 

  • Please note that we do not deliver to these areas within Singapore, such as:
    • Army Camps
    • Jurong Island
    • Airport (Restricted Areas)
    • PSA Ports
    • All restricted areas involving tight security
    • Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Tengah (postal codes starting with 62,63,69,70,71)
    • Changi, Loyang (postal codes starting with 49, 50, 81)
    • All restricted areas with high security.

 

  • Orders for same day delivery must be submitted by 8:00 pm, after which the delivery will be on the next day. Please note that not all products listed on our website are for same-day-delivery.

 

  • We only deliver to complete, valid and permanent addresses. The onus is on the buyer/sender to provide the complete, valid and permanent delivery address. A valid delivery address comprises of a house no. + street name + Unit number (if applicable) and postal code. 

 

  • We provide FREE next day delivery at certain time-slots for most days of the week (refer to the product calender in the website). Due to traffic conditions (eg. high traffic, traffic accidents, flooding, roadblocks,etc) and circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may sometimes be delayed despite our best attempts to be punctual. But hey, it's free, so please don't bash us up!

 

  • 24 Hrs City Florist is not responsible for any failed deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. The onus is on the buyer/sender to ensure that the recipient (or someone who is able to receive the item on behalf) will be at the location during  the specified delivery date/time period. 24 Hrs City Florist will  only attempt to contact the recipient if we encountered problems locating the recipient. 24 Hrs City Florist will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date and time. If the recipient is not  available upon delivery, we will hand the gift to whoever that is able to receive on recipient’s behalf. If there is nobody to receive the gift upon delivery,  we will attempt to leave the gift at the front door. In the event, the gift cannot be left at the front door, we will return the gift back to our store at 188 Race Course Road #01-03 Singapore 218612. Additional delivery charges will apply for all re-delivery or re-location attempt. Alternatively, the recipient may collect the gift at our store at 188 Race Course Road #01-03 Singapore 218612. We will keep any undelivered  gifts or flowers for a maximum of 2 days from the date of delivery before we discard them.

 

  • There will be re-delivery or re-location charge of  $15 to $25 depending on the location and the next available date and time. 

 

  • There will be an additional surcharge for delivery during Sundays and public holidays and certain designated dates in a calendar year.

 

  • There will be an additional SGD20 surcharge for delivery to Sentosa.

 

  • Delivery to offices will be directed to the designated office reception. As most offices do not allow delivery personnel to send gifts/flowers directly to the recipient inside the office as such delivery will be strictly to the receptionist or the office’s designated collection point or mail room. 

 

  • Should there be a need for the item to arrive by a specific time (e.g. 3 pm to 5 pm), users may choose from the special-delivery-time selection on the product page before checking-out. Please note that for same-day special delivery timing is on a case by case basis. Please call our hotline at (65) 6396 4222 to enquire. Please note that we do not deliver on-the-dot timing (e.g. 4 pm sharp) neither do we deliver on a specific narrow time (e.g. 4 pm to 5 pm). 

 

  • We provide URGENT same-day delivery on a case by case basis and an urgent delivery fee will apply. For urgent delivery, please call our hotline at (65) 6396 4222  before making your purchase online.

 

Valentine's Day Delivery:

  • During the valentine’s day, we are conducting deliveries in bulk, as such, we will deliver the flowers/items directly to the recipient's address. We will not contact the recipient unless we have difficulties locating the recipient's address. If the address is an office, we will deliver directly to the reception. If it's residential, we will deliver to the recipient or whoever is available to receive on behalf. If there is nobody to receive the flowers, we will leave the flowers/items at the front door.

 

  • We encourage our users/buyers/customers not to proceed in making purchases online if they are not agreeable to our delivery policy.Please do not hesitate to call us at (65) 6396 4222 for any enquiries on our delivery policies.
